Are your brown rice crackers baked?
Yes, Our crackers are carefully kneaded, rolled and then cut into shapes. They then go in to the oven to be baked. After the baking process, they are delicately coated. Our manufacturers use only whole brown rice, which results in a better taste and nutritional profile.
