KUZU DRINK
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Spiral kuzu
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon Spiral umeboshi paste
1 teaspoon Spiral tamari
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger diced fine

Dissolve kuzu in cold water. Place in a pot. Add the paste, tamari and ginger.
Bring to a boil and simmer until thick.
Drink hot!!!
