UME SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
3 umeboshi plums
300 gr spaghetti
Sea salt
Organic sunflower oil
Shiso leaves (Beafsteak)

Boil spaghetti with a pinch of sea salt
Drain when cooked
Add vegetable oil and shiso leaves (cut into small strips)
Mix up well
Add left- shiso leaves
Remove seeds from umeboshi and mash
Add it on spaghetti and stir
