YAKI UDON SAUTE PASTA

Ingredients
400 gr Spiral Organic Udon
Boiled, and rinsed in cold water
Do NOT boil too much.
100 gr onion, sliced
50 gr carrot, cut into match sticks
100g cabbage, sliced
4 pcs shiitake, soaked in watter, cut off bottom & sliced diagonally
2 tbsp sesame oil
2- 3 tbsp shoyu
Prepare udon as directed.
Saute onion, carrot, cabbage and shittake in one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Once remove the sateed vegetable from the pan to another plate.
Saute udon in the rest of sesame oil in the same pan. Bring the vegetables back to the pan and mix well. Season with shoyu.
Add scallion just before turn off heat.
