BONSOY JELLY (makes 4 to 8)

Ingredients
4g powder agar agar ( or 1-1/2 stick agar agar)
packs of Bonsoy
60 g of Spiral Raw sugar
400cc water
½ small can orange
vanilla essence
80 g Spiral raw sugar
300 cc water

Bring to boil water and agar agar, simmer for 6 to 7 minutes, add sugar, simmer well 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove agar agar from heat, add Bonsoy, drop essence.
Place into wet container, cool until firm.
Combine sugar and water, boil to dissolve, after cooking combine with orange. ( Use syrup of orange, too)
Cut jelly into diamond chape, put 4 on it.
When you make this in winter, agar agar get hard at room temperature, work 2. And 3. Quickly.
You could add various kinds of fruits, it would be better taste for adults, possible to use liquor instead of syrup.
