BANANA BREAD OR MUFFINS
Ingredients
1 cup original Bonsoy
¼ cup Spiral sunflower oil
¼ Spiral Barley malt
1 ½ cups bananas, mashed (about 3 small ripe bananas)
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 ½ Spiral baking powder
2 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
½ cup chopped nuts or raisins (optional)

Preheat liquid ingredients in a blender or mixer. Mix all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to the liquid in a large bowl.
Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan or muffin tin.
Bake loaf for 35- 45 minutes. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
